Hi, I'm Petra from Precious Angels Solutions and welcome to my blog.

I am a manifestation & motivation coach and I help individuals and companies manifest their dream by learning to apply and use the Law of Attraction in their daily lives!

Today, Wednesday, February 15, 2023, I would like to talk about an affirmation I came across on the internet today.

“Happiness doesn't start with a relationship, a degree, a job or money. Happiness starts with your own thoughts and what you say to yourself every day.”

Happiness, yes, what is happiness anyway? And indeed, don't we often seek our happiness outside the home instead of within ourselves? What makes us happy?

What standard do we need to say we are happy?

Recently I listened to an interview of Lewis Howes, an American internet celebrity/coach with Ken Honda, a Japanese businessman and author of some bestsellers such as “Make Your Money Happy” or “Happy Money”.

Below you will find a link, if you would like to order and read this book:
https://tinyurl.com/59yxwuu5

Ken Honda explained that we in the West depend much more on material things for our happiness. Or how we actually measure ourselves by whether or not we have those material things. How we feel good about our material possessions and how we indeed give a certain value to someone on this basis. So, someone who is doing well in his/her life, has everything in order, a nice house, garden, has saved money, some people often attach more value to that than someone who is poor and does not have such things. has been able to realize.

Thus, a mark is, as it were, left on people according to how far they are on the material ladder of prosperity and success.

Which also triggers a little or sometimes a lot of selfishness in certain people. Wanting even more, achieving even more, because then we can have it even better. And beware, there is NOTHING wrong with that. As long as we don't fall into pure selfishness and can no longer share with the people we love or help other people concretely in one way or another, who are less fortunate.

While in Japan much more importance is attached to having good, solid friendships based on goodness, serving each other, helping each other in times of need.

Ken Honda said: imagine that overnight you suddenly have nothing left, everything is gone, you have no roof over your head.

Then it is important that you have friends who have a seat, where you can camp for a few months if necessary, until you get your life back in order.

I think this is much less common with us, that people really open their doors to people in need.

I think we are much more selfish and think of, solve your shit yourself, or only want to help someone to a very limited extent.

So the question is, would I help someone who suddenly has no roof over his or her head and asks to sleep on the couch with us?

And indeed, I must admit that I have some resistance to that. Because then I think they will immediately bring their problems to us and I can miss that like a toothache. And this because I am very empathetic, but I am also a highly sensitive person and therefore very easily take over energies from other people.

But on the other hand, if it helps that person get back on their feet and chart a new path?

Well, if good agreements are made about this, it can of course be a good experience for everyone.

So yes, if I could help someone in need? In terms of manifestation and with the different steps to manifest:

  1. Get clarity, determine all the details of my wish: I wish to help my friend in their time of need, by making very good agreements about this;

  2. feeling and imagining how it feels if you already had it or how it feels if you were already there: yes, it would feel good if we could help someone if he or she has nowhere else to go, it would be great if we could put someone back on track, to help rebuild their lives;

  3. trust that it will come: yes, I firmly believe that after rain always comes sunshine, that there is always light at the end of the tunnel, that there are always solutions for everything;

  4. even more confidence that it will come. This means letting go of all limited thoughts about it and thinking only of the positive of your wish: yes, I wish the very best for this person or persons, that they can always start again, to build a beautiful life again, maybe get them back learning to enjoy the little things in life, a chirping bird, the silence of nature, the power of nature;

  5. ask the Universe and this in the words as if you already have it: in this situation, this example I ask the Universe to find love again for this person or persons, love for oneself in the first place, love for others, to find the confidence again, that somehow everything will end up back on its feet, to find positivity again and thus create the life they want, to make them aware that they can consciously live their lives create the way they want it;

  6. don't worry about the HOW... so don't think about where the money will come from: so yes, we can explain this to them, that if they have clarity about what they would like to create back, they can just give it to the Universe questions, without indeed worrying about the how, or focusing on the lack of…. Because then the limited thoughts come up again that it probably won't work and then you ask the Universe for contradictory things and then it is difficult for the Universe to bring what you ask;

  7. Just trust and let go: yes, that's very important, to regain confidence, firmly believe that what you ask for is also achievable and then just let go of your question, trusting that the Universe, God, ... . Takes care of the rest, so in this example I firmly believe that it will all work out for that person.

And actually I would really like to live by the example of Ken Honda and the Japanese in general and be less concerned with ourselves and our self-interest and more open to the bigger picture, helping people in need, if they ask for it.

Let me know if you would like to share your thoughts on this with me. You can reach me via my website/webshop www.preciousangelssolutions.com at the bottom of customer service, where you can fill in a contact form. Or via E-mail is also possible: [email protected]
