11. Return

In accordance with articles VI 47-52 of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract free of charge without giving reasons.

Each ordered item can be returned at thy physical shop or by post within 14 calendar days. The article should then, if possible, be packed back in the original packaging. If this is not possible, please send the item properly packed and send it together with the return form to our shop at the folowing address: Precious Stones, Place du Marché 13, B-6870 Saint-Hubert, Belgium. The customer will be refunded or receive a voucher - of his choice - upon return of the goods. For returns from Belgium or any other country, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any customs costs.

In any case, return is only accepted if the item is unused, undamaged and unworn and is in the original packaging or another 'solid' packaging. By 'solid' is meant: properly and safely packaged so that the article is well protected against damage during transport.

After receipt of the return, the seller will refund the price of the returned item to the customer.

If desired, the customer can also opt for a voucher. This allows a new order to be placed subject to what is stipulated under article "8. Payment".

12. Exchange

Exchange is also possible. You can exchange an unused, undamaged and unworn item for another item that is available in the webshop, within 14 calendar days of delivery.
The shipping costs for the exchange are always at the expense of the customer, ie for all Belgian customers and foreign customers.

If there is an additional price when choosing a more expensive item than the original, you will be asked to pay the remaining amount. After receipt of this, the new article will be sent to you.

If there is a lower price than the originally ordered item, you will receive a voucher for the difference or the difference will be refunded if desired.
Remember that shipping costs are due on the exchanged item(s), see the rates for the different zones under article "10. Delivery".

You can create a return label via the webshop.

13. Guarantee

Any problem or defect related to the delivery of an item, damage or qualitative shortcoming must be reported within seven days via a message on the contact page of the webshop or via E-mail to [email protected] . The customer can expect an answer within 48 hours.

In case of identified problems, the customer must report this to our customer service within seven days of receipt. Please do so with attached photo(s) of the defect. A solution is then sought together. If the delivery must be returned to the seller, this will be done in the manner stated under the article "11. Return".
The costs of shipping from Belgium and abroad will in this case be borne by the seller if you can provide proof of the return shipping costs. The seller is not liable for force majeure, accident, misuse or incorrect handling of an item by the customer.
The aura sprays, for example, are NOT suitable for consumption, only for atomization in the air such as a perfume. The seller is not liable for the consequences of ingestion of an aura spray.

An article with an accepted defect will be replaced or repaired free of charge if possible. If the costs of repair are disproportionate, the seller reserves the right to replace the item or exchange it for a similar item. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the seller as a compensation.

If we cannot resolve it together, you as a consumer can contact the European Platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR platform). It is made available by the European Commission to make online shopping safer and fairer by providing access to good dispute resolution tools. We are registered on this website and you can contact them via the following link: www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
